To me, worship must come from the spirit, because it is through our spirit that we commune with God. God has created each of us to be a unique person with particular abilities and personalities, and He desires to know us. So, then, should worship not reflect who we are created to be? Why would God make us in so many different ways, in effect creating His own family and friends, to delight in us, and then wish for us to worship Him from page 32, second verse of the hymnal?
Born and raised in a small town, I've been writing music just as long as I've been playing it. I do my best to uphold the name of the LORD everyday, but even my best attempts fall terribly short. I'm hoping to make a living out of music and travel a lot, I don't want to be cooped up for the rest of my life.
